Dr Peter Hubka MRCGP FRACGP
Dr Hubka moved to Perth in 2018 following 12 years of medical practice in the UK. During that time, he worked as a GP in the semi-rural Sherwood Forest area of Nottinghamshire. He has a broad interest in all areas of general practice.

Dr Jaswinder Buttar MBBS, FRACGP
Dr Buttar has a vast experience in dealing with any emergency and has worked in various emergency departments in Australia for more than 10 years. He has great experience looking after sick children and is happy to do most small surgical procedures including sutures and excisions of small lesions.
He is also qualified in offering skin checks and skin cancer-related excisions. He offers iron infusions and venesection. He is experienced in men’s health and chronic health disease. He can offer antenatal care as well as Implanon and contraceptive advice related to women’s health.

Dr Dharmesha Walia — General Practitioner
MBCHB, MRCGP University of Manchester, United Kingdom
Dr. Walia is a compassionate, vocationally registered General Practitioner with experience in providing comprehensive, patient-centred care.
Dr Walia completed her medical degree at the University of Manchester, followed by her GP training in Surrey. She has since pursued advanced training in chronic disease management, women’s health, mental health, and preventive care.
She enjoys all aspects of family medicine, with particular focus on:
• Chronic disease management — diabetes, cardiovascular health, asthma/COPD, and metabolic health
• Women’s health — reproductive health, contraception, menopause, and shared antenatal care
• Mental health & wellbeing — anxiety, depression, burnout, and holistic lifestyle support

Priya combines evidence-based medicine with practical, compassionate advice — always aiming to provide care that respects individual circumstances, cultural background, and personal goals. She is particularly committed to supporting patients navigating complex health needs, and works closely with specialists, allied health providers, and community services to deliver coordinated, wrap-around care.
Born and raised in West Yorkshire (UK) and now a resident of WA, she is deeply invested in the health and wellbeing of the local community. Outside of practice, she enjoys spending time with her family, exploring Perth’s walking trails, and cooking. She is fluent in English and Gujarati, and welcomes patients from all cultural backgrounds. She is committed to staying current with medical advances and maintaining the highest standards of patient care.

Valeska Langman- Nurse Practitioner
Valeska is an experienced Nurse Practitioner, specialising in General Practice. As a practitioner, she works within the General Practice scope to deliver medical services much the same as the Medical Practitioners. She has been working in general practice since 2014 and holds both provider and prescriber numbers, enabling her to issue referrals, prescriptions, and requests for radiology and pathology, often covered by Medicare and private health insurers.
Originally trained in New Zealand, Valeska brings over a decade of experience across primary health care, urgent care, and emergency telehealth throughout Australasia. She holds a Master of Nursing (First Class Honours), along with postgraduate qualifications in advanced clinical practice and pharmacology, providing a strong foundation for delivering high-quality, evidence-based care.
Valeska is passionate about preventative health and early intervention. She works closely with patients and families to develop personalised care plans, offering education and ongoing support to promote long-term wellbeing. Known for her warm and approachable manner, she prioritises building strong therapeutic relationships and empowering patients to take an active role in their health at every stage of life.
Outside of her professional role, Valeska is a mother of three boys who enjoys photography, arts and crafts and trekking. She is deeply committed to supporting individuals and families to achieve healthier, more balanced lives.

Clare McCall, Psychologist
Clare is a registered Psychologist who provides a safe space to develop trusting, therapeutic relationships with her clients. She delivers client-centred psychotherapy to individuals aged 12+, incorporating a warm, insightful and compassionate approach. Clare brings extensive experience across the mental health sector. Her professional background spans teaching, adolescent psychology, and sports and performance psychology. She also worked as a clinical lead in crisis care, supporting clients experiencing thoughts of self‑harm. At Butler Boulevard Medical Centre, Clare draws on her diverse clinical and professional experience to deliver client‑centred psychotherapy tailored to meet individual needs.

Sessions rates:
Individuals: $205.00 per appointment
Medicare rebate is available with a Mental Health Treatment Plan for individual appointments.
Cancellation Policy: Appointments are precious and we appreciate you giving at least 24 hours notice if you cannot attend. For cancellations under 24 hours, 50% of the session rate will apply with no Medicare rebate.
